Played in Walterstown – 8/11/2009

Carnaross suffered their second B League Final defeat in a row when two goals in the second-half turned the game around.

Carnaross finished the half strongly with another point from Thomas Farrelly and when Niall McDonnell scored 1-1 it gave Carnaross a four point advantage at the break, 1-5 to 0-4.

Carnaross spurned two late goal chances when Colin Yore was denied by the keeper and O’Connor seen his fisted effort go the wrong side of the post.
