Carnaross GFC Return to Play Plan

Preparations are well under way here at Carnaross GFC for our club grounds to re-open and training to re-commence.

All mentors, adult players and parents/guardians of juvenile players are requested to follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Read through these helpful guidelines and plans.

2. Complete the E-Learning Course which takes 20 minutes. Link is attached below , marked Number 2.

3. Complete the Return to Play Questionnaire online with the link attached below, marked number 3.

Our ladies team will be back training this week, our men's team will be back on the pitch next week and some of our underage teams will be returning in the coming weeks.

More information about the resumption of Juvenile training will be sent out by the respective coaches to all parents in due course.

If you are a player, mentor or a parent of a Juvenile player please complete the e-learning course which takes about 20 minutes by clicking on this link Number 2.

You must also fill out this questionnaire, Number 3 http://Returntoplay.gaa.ie, declaring that you are fit to return to GAA. You must create a new profile and follow the instructions to be declared fit to return.

KEY DATES AND GUIDELINES
Pitches open for Adult training from next Wednesday, June 24th.

Pitches open for all Juvenile teams from Saturday, June 27th.

Both of the above are on a non-contact basis and on the understanding that players and all participants & parents of Juvenile players have completed the e-learning module and are following the control measures in place (health questionnaire etc).

Training will be on the basis of a maximum of 15 players in a designated area of the field.
Coaching numbers for underage teams to be consistent with Code of Behavior.

From June 29th:
Contact training and challenge games allowed for all from Monday, June 29th.
We also await clarification on what will constitute a close contact versus a casual contact.

Restriction on participants-only (coaches & players) attending training sessions to be relaxed from June 29th – subject to government specified maximum of 200 people in the ground.

Club Fixtures allowed from Friday July 17th.
There is no change to inter-county dates (Sept 14th for training; competitions to start on Oct 17th as planned).

All control measures for players, coaches and other team personnel (completion of health questionnaire, e-learning education etc) is to remain in place until advised otherwise; dressing rooms to remain closed until July 20th.
